LEARN HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

1.    Benefits of this campaign:

Control – every child is in control of his personalized quota. On the kiosk he can choose a quota from ¼ line a week – to 5 lines a week. The child can always go to the simulator and change his quota if he feels he can do more.
Commitment – because there’s a weekly mission the child will feel the need to constantly be learning. The stats bar and his schedule will let him know that a mission is pending if the quota was not filled.
Mastery – because the child needs to constantly be tested on everything he learned, he will constantly review it and he will IYH walk out of elementary mastering a huge amount of Tanya Baal Peh.
Success – because every child has a quota small enough for him to accomplish he will feel successful as he completes his quota. He will also realize that these small steps are helping him reach his ultimate goal for his/her bar/ bas mitzvah.
Contribution – the thermometer on the home page will help the child recognize how his participation affects the global amount of Tanya being learned by children around the world.

• You test the Chayolim periodically. For each mission completed, you sign that box on the schedule and then give the Chayol a sticker for his/her sticker chart (Please note: stickers will only be available at a later date, so please keep track of how many stickers you will owe your child by then).
•  At the end of the week make sure you test your child on the Tanya he has done. Click on “Marking” and enter that data into the system. Print the marking sheet and write lines completed for your child to keep in his/her binder.
